Employees
A. My Maids pays all wages, payroll, taxes, and insurance.
B. They are protected with workmen's compensation.
C. They are fully insured.
D. They travel in teams, in an identifiable vehicle and are neatly uniformed.
E. Each team is under direct supervision while in your home.
F. My Maids are thoroughly trained using professional teaching aids and on-the-job methods. They have received the finest training in the industry.
G. They are proud professionals and will not solicit tips, eat or smoke in your home.
H. They will not solicit, nor accept private jobs from clients.

Special Notes
Many items we clean won't come up to standard the first cleaning or two, and we ask for your patience until all is in order.
You will find that quality steadily improves over the first few visits, as the ladies become more familiar with your home.

Important Notice
We care about your valuables and special one-of-a-kind items and will do everything humanly possible to protect all of your property from misplacement or breakage. Accidents can happen. For mutual protection, please put away valuables, money, jewelry, and irreplaceable items.

Tuff Tasks
We are a light housecleaning service. However, if you should need "Tuff Tasks" done we ask that you call the office to make arrangements. Ther is and additional fee for "Tuff Tasks".

Supplies
My Maids comes to your home fully equipped and ready to go. Our team members know their equipment and are most efficient using that which they are most familiar. Please don't ask them to use your products or equipment.
There is one exception to this and we ask that you supply your own floor wax (liquid only please).
If you don't want us using our polish on your furniture just ask the Team Leader to dust only.

Pets
We love pets, but sometimes they do not return the love to strangers in their home. Please protect our ladies by securing your pets. Naturally, My Maids can not care for pets, plants, or children.

Key Services
We will need ready access to your home anytime during business hours of the scheduled day. You may conceal a key, leave a door open or permit us to keep a key. Each client key is afforded strict security.

Scheduling
We have scheduled your service for a specific day every week or every other week. Unfortunately, we can not predict what time we will arrive or make appointments, because we do not limit the amount of time we spend in each home.
If you wish to skip or terminate your service for any reason, call one full working day in advance. There is a fee to help pay the cost of labor and transportation should you neglect to notify the office 24 hours in advance.

Payment
Please, place your check or cash payment on the kitchen counter, in plain view, before our team arrives. This is our confirmation you want the service. There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks.
